Fruit Box Cake

The egg separates the yolk and the egg white. Then stir in the egg yolk, corn oil, 15g of fine sugar, and mix thoroughly

Sift into low-gluten flour

Use a manual whisk to stir into a yogurt without particles

Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk, add 20g of fine sugar in portions, and beat until it is wet and foamy.

Take 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste

Pour the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites into it

Stir evenly, mix thoroughly, and pour it into the oily paper cake mold. Then put it into the preheated oven, the upper and lower pipes at 170 degrees, about 20 minutes

After roasting, take it out, tear off the grease paper and let cool

Whip 350g whipped cream and 35g sugar

Wash and cut fruits

Cut the pre-baked cake into the shape of a box and spread it on the bottom layer

Then squeeze the cream and spread a layer of fruit

Repeat once to fill the box and it's done
Tips:
1. The finished fruit box will be more delicious with a lid and put in the refrigerator.
2. You can add your favorite fruit inside.
