Fruit Cake

Prepare all the ingredients (forgot to make the salad oil, all the ingredients are weighed in half according to the number in front)

Separate the egg white and the yolk (the egg white needs to be beaten in a clean basin without water and oil)! The egg yolks are weighed with milk and salad oil

Beat the egg yolks evenly with a whisk at low speed

Use a sieve to sieve low-gluten flour into the egg batter (baking powder is also in the flour), and mix well

When the egg whites are beaten with a whisk at low speed until thick, add one-third of the sugar!

When the egg whites are beaten with a whisk at medium speed until they are finely soaked, add one third of the sugar

Finally, add one-third of the sugar and beat with a whisk at high speed until the egg white becomes wet.

Grease the baking pan (because I don't have grease paper, so the pan can only be greased), pour in the mixed egg batter, and smooth it with a spatula! Lift it up and shake it a few times on the chopping board (to shake out the bubbles in the custard)

The temperature of the oven is 165 degrees up and down, and it is preheated! It will be cooked in half an hour at a temperature of 165 degrees! ! ! (The temperature is for reference only) Take out the baking pan, shake it twice, and buckle it upside down on the cooling rack

Just wait for natural demoulding (my baking pan is rectangular! The oven is too small to fit the round baking pan)

Use a knife to split the dried cake into two pieces! You don’t need to cut the chocolate cake

The same is true for chocolate-flavored cakes! Just added 15 grams of cocoa powder
