Fruit Cake

Cut the strawberry in half and cut the mango with an oblique knife.

Prepare the mayonnaise. You can see my log for details.

Divide the chiffon cake into 3 pieces.

Wet the cake slices with sugar water.

Spread the vanilla mayonnaise evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder, so that the taste will be more layered. So two layers.

I added half of the remaining cream with cocoa powder and mixed it into brown and put the other half of the white cream into a piping bag to squeeze out the two-color lace.
