Fruit Chicken Pizza

Cut out small parts of dragon fruit and cut into small cubes.

Boil the chicken breasts in boiling water for 5 minutes, pick up and tear them into small shreds.

Pour the prepared eggs, low-gluten flour, white sugar, and milk into a bowl and mix them together. Use a manual whisk to mix well.

Heat the oil in the pan, adjust the heat to low, pour the egg batter into the pan and spread it out.

Sprinkle the blanched chicken breast evenly on the egg batter, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes until the egg crusts.
6.
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, open the lid, sprinkle the diced dragon fruit and simmer for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Use a small fire for 20 minutes.
2. There is no need to cover the lid after putting in the dragon fruit!
