Fruit Colorful Popsicles
1.
Slice various fruits.
2.
Take the popsicle mold, stick the fruit on one side of the mold, and freeze it in the refrigerator.
3.
The milk is boiling.
4.
Add the right amount of sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. (It should be slightly sweeter, because whipped cream is also added)
5.
Add a spoonful of cornstarch, stir and heat until the milk is slightly thickened. (You can also use a small amount of cold milk to adjust the corn starch and add it to avoid starch agglomeration)
6.
Sit the milk with a pot in ice water to cool down.
7.
Whip the whipped cream until thick.
8.
Pour the milk that has fallen to room temperature into the whipped cream and stir evenly to form a popsicle liquid.

10.
Pour the popsicle liquid into the mold, put it in the refrigerator and freeze to form.
