Fruit Cream Cake

Freshly made chiffon cake (8 inches)-----for the recipe, please refer to the chiffon cake published in my previous recipe.

After letting the cake cool, cut into two slices (no special knife, cut ugly)

Pour the whipped cream into a clean container, add powdered sugar (the ratio is 500 grams of whipped cream + 25 grams of powdered sugar), and start to beat with a mixer at low speed

It took about 8 minutes, and it was distributed by 1989 (I understand that the cream is thicker)

Spread the cream on one of the cakes with a spatula

Prepare the diced strawberries

Spread the strawberries on top

Add another layer of cream

Cover another piece of cake

Spread the cream, then put a part of the cream into the piping bag, and make some patterns on the edge (because it is the first time I did it, I don’t know it well, and I forgot to take pictures)

Finally, according to what you like, put fruit in the middle
