In the past, I was very longing for dessert shops. There were no more famous dessert shops in our city. Later, when the chain store opened, I couldn’t wait to taste it. After eating, I was very disappointed. They were not delicious and the price was expensive. The content is small, so I never go out to eat anymore, it's best to make it myself.

Fruit Dumplings

1. Add water to the glutinous rice flour.

2. Knead into a ball.

3. Take a small piece and knead it into a round shape and roll it in the starch until the dough is kneaded.

4. Boil the dumplings in a pot, remove them and soak them in ice water.

5. Divide the mango into two halves, cut half into pieces, and put half into a cooking cup.

6. Add milk.

7. Use a food processor to make a milkshake.

8. The beaten mango is very thick, pour it into a container.

9. Spread fruit pieces and small balls on top.

Tips:

1. The xiaoyuanzi should be boiled for a while until there is no hard core inside.
2. Xiaoyuanzi can also be bought ready-made, available at the supermarket freezer counter.
3. Roll it in starch to prevent sticking.
4. Mango is very sweet, so there is no need to put sugar in it.
