Fruit Dumplings

Add water to the glutinous rice flour.

Knead into a ball.

Take a small piece and knead it into a round shape and roll it in the starch until the dough is kneaded.

Boil the dumplings in a pot, remove them and soak them in ice water.

Divide the mango into two halves, cut half into pieces, and put half into a cooking cup.

Add milk.

Use a food processor to make a milkshake.

Tips:
1. The xiaoyuanzi should be boiled for a while until there is no hard core inside.
2. Xiaoyuanzi can also be bought ready-made, available at the supermarket freezer counter.
3. Roll it in starch to prevent sticking.
4. Mango is very sweet, so there is no need to put sugar in it.
