Fruit Laba Congee

Prepare all kinds of beans.

Prepare all kinds of miscellaneous grains.
3.
Prepare barley, ginseng and red dates.
4.
Prepare glutinous rice.
5.
Mix all kinds of ingredients and wash.
6.
Pour the washed ingredients into an electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of cold water.
