Soak 15g of gelatine slices in ice water and soak thoroughly.
2.
Prepare a pack of powdered milk, because I am lazy to use the powdered milk to heat water to make it, so I don’t need to reheat it.
3.
Prepare a bowl, add 80 degrees hot water and then add 16g milk powder and mix well.
4.
Squeeze the water before soaking the gelatine slices and add them to the milk, because the hot gelatine slices melt most easily in water at about 60 degrees.

Adding 20g of condensed milk can make this custard milk richer, and it will taste better if it has a sweet taste.
6.
After the condensed milk is added, continue to stir evenly.
7.

8.
You can also use a lunch box to prepare a lollipop mold. This mold is easier to demold after freezing. If it is a piece of silicone oil paper under the lunch box, then refrigerate for 2 hours and pour it out to demold and cut into pieces.
Tips:
1. Mango puree can also be used, but not too much or it won't solidify.
2. If there is no condensed milk, you can add white sugar and stir and melt while it is hot.
3. This kind of silicone mold must be frozen and then demolded to be easier to demold.
