2.
Add boiling hot water to the pot to boil the beef (it can remove the blood and fishy smell on the surface of the beef)
3.
Add boiling hot water to the pot to boil the beef (it can remove the blood and fishy smell on the surface of the beef)
4.
Turn to low heat, add light soy sauce, fennel, cinnamon, beef powder
5.
Stir-fry evenly and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat (regularly check to see if the soup is boiled dry and if it sticks to the bottom. If the soup is dry, add a little water and continue to simmer), the beef is crumbled and sugar is added. Simmer slowly until the soup is dry, then you can serve it on a plate
6.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1.5cm squares (you can also cut them into shapes, just to make them look better)
7.
Pour 20g of edible oil in the pot (if the amount of potatoes is large, please increase it yourself), add beef powder to the oil, and melt it in the oil as much as possible (it will form particles, it doesn’t matter)
8.
Pour the potatoes into boiling oil and stir-fry until they are fully fried (fried until the outer skin is golden brown and the inside is soft and waxy)
9.
Re-add the potatoes and beef to the pot, pour about half a bowl of water, simmer on a low heat, and check once every 5 minutes until the soup is collected and the potato skin is no longer burnt and crispy, and a powdery feeling and the whole pot of soup appear It thickens and you can get it out of the pot
Tips:
1. Adding fennel and cinnamon can reduce the fishy smell of beef. If you are really afraid of this smell, you can add a little ginger or cooking wine during the boiling process, which has a good effect of removing fishy (don't add too much)
2. Because potatoes are added and there are carbohydrates, it is very easy to stick to the pot and collect juice. Be sure to check the bottom of the pot frequently
3. Add sugar at the end, one is to improve the freshness, but to collect the juice more beautifully. If you are a diners who are accustomed to northern cuisine, this sugar can be left on, which basically does not affect the taste.
