Fruit Mousse
1.
Prepare the necessary fruits and wash them. Try to choose plain yogurt that is thicker.
2.
If the kiwi is sour, you can add honey. Peel and dice mangoes, wash and remove pits from cherries.
3.
Cut the fruits you need, you can make more yogurt, and eat with the fruits, sour and sweet.
4.
Use a wall-breaking machine to break the fruits into pieces in turn for later use. It takes less than 5 minutes. Basically, it takes more than 10 seconds for mango and half a minute for kiwi and cherries. If the sweetness is not enough, add honey instead of sugar. After freezing, the sugar is not sweet and the calories are still high.
5.
Take several fruit cups, put an appropriate amount of yogurt, and freeze in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Spread a layer of fruit, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 10 minutes, then add another layer of yogurt and freeze it for 10 minutes. Don't be too troublesome, only if it is frozen to a slightly solid state, the layers will not be mixed.
6.
After making it, sprinkle some cranberries on the surface, which is delicious.
