Fruit Pizza with Blueberry Sauce
1.
First prepare the ingredients for the pizza base.
2.
Melt the yeast with warm milk, add salt, sugar, corn oil to the flour, and stir the water with chopsticks to form a floc. Knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough.
3.
Take a damp cloth and place it in a warm place for fermentation. When the dough has risen to twice its size, dip your fingers in flour and gently make a hole in the noodles so that the dough does not shrink or collapse.
4.
Prepare the fruit ingredients, cut dragon fruit into small pieces, slice kiwi fruit, and slice banana.
5.
Grease the pizza pan, use a rolling pin to roll the fermented dough into a base of the same size as the bottom of the pan, and spread the crust in it.
6.
Fork the hole with a fork.
7.
Spread an even layer of blueberry sauce on the bottom of the pizza.
8.
Spread the fruit particles evenly.
9.
Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
10.
After 15 minutes, take out the pizza and sprinkle a layer of crumbled cheese evenly.
11.
Then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, and the coloring is satisfactory.
Tips:
The specific temperature of the oven depends on the condition of your own oven.
