Fruit Strawberry Jam
1.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
2.
Pick out the broken ones and leave only the intact ones.
3.
Cut each strawberry into two or three pieces, add vanilla sugar, and let stand for 3 hours, waiting for the pectin to separate out.
4.
Put the juicy strawberries into the inner pan of the bread machine and add lemon juice.
5.
Soak the maltose bottle in hot water for 5 minutes, and pour the softened and flowable malt into the inner container.
6.
Select function key 19, fancy jam program, press to start.
7.
Wash the jam jar, blanch it with boiling water, and dry it with water. After the program is over, pour the jam into the bottle, and then cover the bottle after it has cooled.
Tips:
1. There is no vanilla sugar that can be replaced by regular sugar.
2. Cover the bottle cap after the jam is cold, otherwise water vapor will leak out from the bottle cap, which will affect the storage time.
3. Homemade jam has no additives, and it is best to consume it within 3-5 days. This recipe can make two small bottles of jam.
