Fruit Yogurt

Pour a small amount of milk into the inner jar of yogurt, pour in bacterial powder, and mix well.

Pour in all the remaining milk and stir well.

Pour boiling water into the outer tank, the water volume does not exceed the red line, and put it into the inner tank with the lid tightly tightened.

Tighten the lid of the outer tank and let it stand for 8 hours. After taking it out, let it stand until it cools down, take out some according to how much you make at a time, and store the rest in refrigeration.

Cut the dragon fruit into small pieces.

Wash the big cherries, dry the surface water, remove the pits, and cut into small pieces.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces.

Peel the papaya and cut into small pieces.

Pick off the roots of the mulberry.

Take out 300g of yogurt and put it in a basin. Then put in most of the various fruits, each with some leftovers.

Stir well. Put honey in.

Stir well again, pour it into a bowl, and place the remaining fruits on the surface to garnish.
Tips:
1. Homemade yogurt has no additives, so the shelf life is relatively short. It is recommended to store in refrigeration and eat it within 3 days.
2. The yogurt made in the recipe only uses 300g, and the amount of fruit and honey is also based on the 300g yogurt. Please adjust the amount according to how much you need to make at a time.
