Fruity Five-color Glutinous Rice

Prepare the raw materials, wash the glutinous rice, and wash the mulberries for later use;

Freeze-dried strawberries, freeze-dried blueberries, and freeze-dried pumpkins were rolled into powder for later use; mulberries were crushed with a little water to make juice;

Freeze-dried strawberries, freeze-dried blueberries, and freeze-dried pumpkins were added to the appropriate amount of water, stirred and rehydrated to form a coloring liquid. The same amount (100g) of glutinous rice was soaked in the coloring liquid for 3 hours, and 100g of glutinous rice was added to the mulberry juice. The remaining 100g glutinous rice is soaked in clean water;

Check the coloring after 3 hours. If the coloring is light, you can extend it by one hour;

Put the colored glutinous rice in a steamer covered with gauze and steam it on the pot until it is soft and waxy. Take it out and serve it on a plate. The fruity fragrance is overflowing, sweet and soft;
Tips:
The dried freeze-dried fruit does not need to be rolled too fine, because after rehydration, even if the powder is not so broken, it will not affect the rehydration; after the coloring, the rice can be drained, and some dried fruit will not be affected at the end of the year, but the taste will be better;
