2.
Knead until smooth and non-sticky dough
3.
Roll out the dough with a stick to an 8-inch pizza pan size
4.
Use a fork to pierce the crepes with even pores (must be pierced thoroughly to prevent the baking process from exhausting air and cause the bottom to arch)
5.
Pour a little corn oil on a paper towel and wipe the bottom of the pizza pan for better demoulding!
6.
Put the crepes that have just been pierced into the 8-inch pizza pan
7.
Put it in the oven and ferment twice
8.
Prepare the fruit during fermentation
9.
After fermenting, use a spoon to press the crepes out of the pizza side
10.
Spread mozzarella cheese
11.
Spread fruit pieces
12.
Finally, top with mozzarella cheese
13.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees in the preheated oven
Tips:
1. Grease the pizza tray for better demoulding. 2. Try to cut the fruit with less force to avoid excessive water seepage and affect the taste of the pizza. 3. Pay attention to the baking time, don't bake it, and lightly color the horse. Just roast the surila cheese!
