Fruity Rice Cake
1.
Mix the rice flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, add water and make a dough, spread oil in the container and steam for 40 minutes.
2.
Put the steamed dough in a greased fresh-keeping bag, knead it repeatedly into a smooth dough, and then roll it out into thin slices.
3.
Use kitchen scissors to cut open the fresh-keeping bag.
4.
Sprinkle a layer of minced coconut, and then cover the fresh-keeping bag. Compact the coconut paste.
5.
Turn it over, open the fresh-keeping bag, and smear a layer of strawberry jam without too much. Leave some inside without wiping.
6.
Roll up the nian gao piece from bottom to top, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, and cool and shape.
7.
Just cut into small pieces.
Tips:
The filling can be changed freely, as long as you like it.
