Full of Fragrance---bacon Mashed Potato Muffin

After the potatoes are steamed, press them into a puree while hot, add salt, black pepper, milk, and chopped bacon, mix well and set aside.

Sift the low-gluten flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl and mix gently; add olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.

Add mashed potatoes, sprinkle a little cheese powder, and stir gently with a rubber spatula.

Add the egg mixture, cut and mix well.

Put it into a paper cup about 80% full.

Bake in a preheated oven, 180 degrees, and it will be out in 20-25 minutes.
