Full of Gold and Jade-golden Nephrite

Ingredients: Yuzi tofu, salted egg.

Surrounding materials: cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions.

Soak the jade tofu in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Take the yolk of the salted egg, rinse it with water, and cut it in half.
5.
Take slices of cherry tomatoes to make fish body and fish eyes; slice cucumbers to make tail, and fins to form a small goldfish shape.
6.
Make 3 small goldfish in turn, make blisters with green onions, and place them around the plate.
7.
Spread the surface of the tofu with starch.
8.
Put the salted egg yolk on it.
9.
Steam on the pot for 10 minutes.

Put a little oil in the pot, add chicken juice, starch, and water to make a gorgon juice.
11.
Pour it on the steamed golden nephrite.
Tips:
1. The salted egg yolk must be rinsed with clean water before steaming to prevent the egg white from remaining on the egg yolk and the color will become whitish after steaming.
2. Starch must be spread between salted egg yolk and jade tofu, otherwise the two separate after steaming and affect the appearance.
