The chocolate beans I bought online arrived last Saturday. I went to the company to get the courier under a drizzle and wanted to make some snacks while I was resting. When I went home, I found that the wild flowers on the side of the road were pretty, so I took a few home as shooting props, ha ha ha. . . My friend said I was "The Flower Thief", O(∩_∩)O hahaha~

Fun Duo Duo Biscuits

1. Put the butter at room temperature in advance to soften it.

2. Add white sugar.

3. Hit until the color is whitish and fluffy.

4. Add the egg liquid three times, and mix well each time.

5. This is the state after adding egg liquid.

6. Sift in flour and baking powder, and mix well.

7. Add part of the chocolate beans and mix well.

8. 15 grams of a small dough, all rounded.

9. Press flat and put in the baking tray.

10. The surface is decorated with chocolate beans.

11. Put it in the preheated oven, put it on the second level, and heat it up and down at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

12. Just let it out and let it cool, and keep it sealed.

Tips:

The sugar in the original formula was 50 grams, but my family didn’t have enough sugar, so I reduced it.
This recipe is not too sweet.
The oven temperature is for reference only.
You don't need baking powder if you don't like it.
