Fun Duo Duo Soft Cookies
1.
The butter is softened at room temperature and mixed with sifted low-gluten flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
2.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, stir evenly with a spatula (I made twice the amount, so there are 2 eggs in the picture).
3.
Add the baked chocolate beans to the mix.
4.
Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, gently flatten it into a round cake shape, preheat the oven, and leave it at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Choose the high-temperature baking version for chocolate beans. Ordinary chocolate beans will melt when exposed to high temperatures~
2. You can replace the baked chocolate beans with dried raisins, dried red dates, longan meat, chopped nuts, etc. Use your imagination!
