Fun with Sorbet

Beat the egg yolks well, pour in a small amount of milk and mix well.

Pour the milk into the milk pan, add starch and sugar and mix well, then add egg yolk and mix well.

Heat on low heat until it is viscous and turn off the heat, let it cool to about 50 degrees, add the Geely powder and mix until melted.

Beat 6 whipping cream to distribute, add to cold milk and mix well. The ice cream liquid is complete.

Melt the chocolate in water. If it is too thick, add a little milk and mix well.

Insert the mold into the popsicle stick, and then play it at will.

You can pour a layer of sorbet liquid and then some chocolate, alternately pour in layers like snow, and mix the remaining chocolate with the sorbet liquid or the purple sweet potato mash with the sorbet liquid.

First insert the sorbet stick (I forgot), then pour the chocolate, and then pour the sorbet liquid.

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze to the desired hardness. You can put the mold on a piece of cardboard beforehand.
10.
For the yogurt version, add coconut paste. Yogurt cannot be heated.
