Fungus and Yuba in Casserole

Wash the pork intestines and keel with flying water.

Boil the vermicelli (whole strip), keel, shiitake mushrooms (soaked well), shrimp, ginger, and garlic white for half to two hours.

Add the soaked yuba.

Boil for another 15-20 minutes. Take out the vermicelli and cut it into about an inch long, and put it back in the same pot. Add salt and other seasonings to a boil.
