Fuzhuan Salty Milk Tea

Fuzhuan tea is generally a whole block of tea bricks. Use a tea knife to dig some tea into the tea lotus or a small saucer. For every 1 liter of water, put about one full of tea lotus tea leaves.

Prepare Fuzhuan tea, fresh milk, salt, and then pour water in the milk pot

Add 900mL~1L of purified water to the milk pot and boil directly on high heat

After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat, pour in the crushed tea, stir constantly with a spoon, and mash the tea into pieces during the stirring

Cover the pot and keep it simmered on medium heat for about 4 minutes. Cook until you can smell the fragrance of Fuzhuan tea.

Pour the milk, the amount of milk is about 1/4 of the water, stir evenly with a spoon, and at the same time adjust the heat to low

You can add some salt during the cooking process. Add a small teaspoon of salt to a pot of milk tea. It can be slightly salty or not add salt. Add it when you drink it.

Boil the milk tea until it boils, and stir it several times during the cooking process

After boiling, the milk tea will continue to be boiled for about 4 minutes and it will be ready. The milk tea can be clearly seen after the boiled milk tea

Milk tea should be drunk while it is hot. It is recommended to pour it into a heat preservation pot and drink it slowly, and filter out the tea leaves when it comes out of the pot
Tips:
1. Fuzhuan tea can also be replaced by other black teas
2. Be sure to use a low heat when making milk tea, otherwise it will be easy to rush out
3. Be sure to stir well during the cooking process
4. Drink milk tea while it is hot, but hot milk tea is not recommended
