Ganoderma Lucidum Hericium and Wolfberry Soup
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
The Hericium erinaceus must be soaked at least 3 hours in advance before preparing the soup. During the soaking period, the water was changed many times, and the dish was pressed against it to prevent it from floating. (Repeated soaking is to remove its bitterness and prevent the soup from being bitter)
3.
The soaked Hericium erinaceus uses scissors to cut off the hard old roots of the pedicle and cut into small pieces.
4.
Pork bones and ginger slices are added in water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove the blood and fish for use.
5.
Put the cut into small pieces of Hericium erinaceus, Ganoderma lucidum, and washed pork bones into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for one and a half hours.
6.
Finally, add wolfberry and salt to taste, turn off the heat after 5 minutes.
Tips:
Hericium erinaceus is delicious, but the soaking is not good, and the dry wood is hard and bitter. It is necessary to rub and wash the hericium erinaceus repeatedly. Change the water once when the color of the water becomes darker.
