Summer is the season of salads, at least for me, this is true. I really enjoy all kinds of salads in summer. All kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits can be combined with many different tastes and styles. For this seemingly ordinary garden salad, I especially used fruit vinegar instead of the usual cold vinegar, giving it a hint of sweet fruity aroma, which is refreshing and fragrant, full of summer fragrance.

Ingredients

Garden Salad

1. Peel and slice small cucumbers; wash and cut small tomatoes in half

2. The avocado is pitted, peeled, and the flesh is cut into small pieces; the black olives are drained and sliced

3. Put all the ingredients in the salad bowl, add the apple cider vinegar to the olive oil and mix well

4. Then add some salt, and finally add a little black pepper, and mix thoroughly

5. Pour the prepared juice on the ingredients and stir well.
