Garfield Squeezes Bread
1.
Prepare the pumpkin.
2.
Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, and squeeze it into pumpkin juice in a juicer.
3.
Beat the eggs into the bread bucket, add a small portion of pumpkin juice, and then add yeast and sugar.
4.
Put in the flour and start the "custom kneading program".
5.
Then add pumpkin juice several times in small amounts according to the water absorption of the flour.
6.
After the dough is formed, add salt.
7.
After waiting for about 2 minutes, add corn oil and continue the dough mixing process. After the program is over, the dough can be pulled out of a tougher film.
8.
One shot at room temperature.
9.
Take out the proofed dough and let it out.
10.
Let's make Garfield's face first. Divide the dough into 50g small doses, a total of six, round them, and place them in a mold. (I don’t have a hollow mold, so I used an 8-inch open-bottom cake mold with a pudding cup in the middle.)
11.
Let’s make Garfield’s ears, which are divided into 3g ears, and 6 of them. Place it close to the pudding cup.
12.
Finally, make Garfield's eyes, divide them into 1g eyes, a total of 12, and place them in the middle of the dough.
13.
The basic appearance is ready, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, and put the bread into the second serving.
14.
Take out the spread dough.
15.
Preheat the oven, the upper and lower fire + hot air convection 190 degrees, about 25 minutes is fine~ (If the surface color in the middle is too heavy, remember to cover with tin foil~)
16.
After baking the bread, take it out and let it cool naturally, melt the chocolate pen, and draw a small expression on it~
17.
It's all done~
18.
It's also good to dip some jam when eating~
19.
O(∩_∩)O haha~ Let’s eat~
Tips:
1. The oven settings are for reference only.
2. If you don’t have an oven, don’t worry, you can also replace it with steamed ones, and steam them into super cute Garfield pumpkin buns~
