A very refreshing cold dish, but I used red wine vinegar, the taste has changed, and can be replaced with other vinegar.

Garland Chrysanthemum

1. Wash the fresh chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, control the moisture, and cut into large sections

2. Chopped chrysanthemum chrysanthemum harvest

3. Put olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red wine vinegar in the condiment bowl first. Try to add it, and adjust the amount to taste the acidity.

4. Put in 5 grams of sugar

5. Put in 2 grams of salt

6. Stir all the seasonings well

7. Pour the sauce on the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, mix well and start eating

Tips:

Red wine vinegar cannot be replaced with other vinegar. Add the amount of vinegar according to your taste. If it feels too sour, use sugar to adjust it.
