Garlic Black Bean Sprouts

1. Pinch off the roots of the black bean sprouts, pick and wash them.

2. The carrots are rubbed into filaments with a grater.

3. Prepare an egg.

4. After the egg mixture is evenly beaten, pour it into a greased pan and spread it into a pancake.

5. Cut the spread egg skin into shreds and set aside.

6. Put a little oil in the pot and stir fragrant garlic.

7. Pour the carrots and stir fry.

8. Add the black bean sprouts and stir fry a few times.

9. Cover the pot for about half a minute.

Tips:

1. Use kitchen paper to wipe a thin layer of oil in the pan of the omelette.
2. After the bean sprouts are put into the pot, cover the pot so that the bean sprouts will mature.
3. The cooking time should be short. If the frying time is long, the bean sprouts will not be crispy, and the photos taken by me will be longer.
