Garlic Black Bean Sprouts

Raw black bean sprouts.

Remove the roots of the black bean sprouts, wash them, cut the green garlic into small sections, cut the dried red pepper into small circles, and shred the ginger.

Pour oil in a pan and heat up the ginger and chili until fragrant.

Pour in the black bean sprouts and stir fry for a while.
5.
Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
6.
Pour in green garlic, stir fry, add salt and chicken essence and stir well.
Tips:
1. The bean sprouts must be rooted, and not fat ones.
