Garlic Capers

Wash the capers and soak them in water for half an hour

Drain the water, cut into small pieces, and put in a plate

Millet pepper, cut into circles, garlic, and minced

Wash and chop two garlic leaves

Pour a spoonful of peanut oil in a hot pan, then add millet pepper and minced garlic until fragrant

Pour capers

Stir fry evenly

When the garlic leaves are cooked through, they can be out of the pot
Tips:
The tamarind beans you bought are relatively sour, so soak them for half an hour to remove the sour taste. If you like very sour, you can omit this step.
