Garlic Clam

Rinse the clams with water;

Put salt in the water and let the clams get out of the sand by themselves before letting them stand for half a day;

Wash and chop garlic for later use;
4.
Shred ginger and set aside;
5.
Put oil in the pot and heat to 70% heat;
6.
Pour garlic and ginger into the pot and stir fry;
7.
Stir fry the scent of ginger and garlic;

Pour in the clams and stir fry;

Stir-fry all the clams;

Add salt to taste;
