Garlic Convolvulus

Wash the water spinach, soak in water for 30 minutes, then separate the leaves and stems to drain the water

Garlic slapped and minced
3.
Heat the pot, add oil and sauté the minced garlic
4.
Stir in the vegetable stems and stir-fry until the color changes
5.
Pour in vegetable leaves, add oil, chicken essence, seasoning, stir-fry on high heat until cooked, serve
