Garlic Convolvulus

Prepare the ingredients. When choosing water spinach, fold its roots with your hands. If you can easily break it, it means the spinach is very tender and you can buy it.

Wash the water spinach, cut into sections, and separate the stem and leaves. Chopped garlic and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add half of the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

First insert the stem part of the water spinach, stir fry for ten seconds on high heat
