Garlic Crayfish

1. Pour more oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, and stir-fry the cleaned lobster.

2. Transfer to a boiling pot, add beer, do not use water, add salt to taste, and cook for a while.

3. Put oil in the wok, pour the garlic paste and stir fry.

4. Pour the sautéed garlic into the lobster and cook for a while.
