Garlic Dry

Prepare ingredients, pork belly and smoked dry, cut thin slices of green garlic, cut into sections with a diagonal knife, and shred ginger

Add the pork belly and stir-fry to get the fat in the hot pan, add the ginger and stir fry a few times

Add 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry the red oil, then add the cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and stir fry evenly

Add in the smoked dry and stir fry for 2 minutes to make it full

Add the green garlic, stir fry for 1 minute, add a little clam powder, stir evenly, and it will come out of the pan
Tips:
The addition of Pixian Doubanjiang will be slightly spicy, but it will not cover up the dry aroma, and the green garlic will enhance the flavor, so it tastes especially good with rice. If you like to eat heavy flavors, come and try it. Remember to prepare two more bowls of rice.
