Garlic Grilled Sea Eel

Wash the sea eel, cut into sections, and marinate with a little cooking wine.

Cut green onion and ginger into sections.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the garlic over a low heat.

Turn to medium heat and add the eel segments, stir fry until the color changes.

Add green onion, ginger, sugar, bean paste, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and stir well.
6.
Bring to a boil, turn to a low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, remove the juice before serving, and serve.
