Braised Sea Eel

Cut the eel into pieces.

Fry in a pan until golden brown.

Cut the onion and garlic into sections.

Heat the pot with oil, stir-fry the green onions and garlic sprouts until fragrant, add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and boil in water. Season the eel for a slow-boiled sauce, sprinkle with pepper and top with light oil.
