Garlic Lettuce

Break off the leaves of lettuce, soak in baking soda for 15 minutes, and rinse.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, put the lettuce in the pan.
3.
After the lettuce changes color, add a spoonful of minced garlic.
4.
Top with light soy sauce, stir-fry and turn off the heat.
