Garlic Lettuce

Rinse the lettuce, drain the water, and set aside for later use.

Peel the garlic and cut into cubes for later use.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of rice oil in a hot pan, add garlic and stir fragrantly.
4.
Stir-fry lettuce with oil until emerald green, add appropriate amount of salt, and season with chicken essence.

Tips:
Wash the lettuce and select it into sections by hand for a better taste!
