Garlic Lettuce

Wash the lettuce and cut into sections

Cut the garlic into garlic granules, add a small amount of oil in the pot, add 2/3 of the garlic granules and fry on low heat until slightly yellow and fragrant.

After adding the lettuce and sautéing until softened, add a small amount of light soy sauce and the remaining 1/3 of the garlic.
4.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Light soy sauce has saltiness and tastes just right~
