Garlic Lettuce
1.
Wash the lettuce, tear it into sections, and control the moisture.
2.
Pour oil into the pot, add garlic granules and sauté.
3.
Put the lettuce in the pan and stir fry.
4.
Add garlic sauce.
5.
Add sugar and salt out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Control the moisture on the lettuce to dryness, otherwise, when the oil gets into the oil pan, the oil will easily splash with water.
2. Lettuce is prone to water after it meets salt, so the salt should be added last. Garlic sauce is homemade, as described in previous posts.
3. The lettuce itself is bitter, so it will taste better if you put some sugar to neutralize it. The color of the light soy sauce turns black, so it can be omitted.
