Garlic Lobster

One scallion green, chopped green onion, save for use. Chop the remaining shallots and garlic.

Plan out the lobster meat and cut into small pieces, save the lobster head, tail, and tongs and wash for decoration.

Heat the pan, add some oil, I will add more than normal stir-fry, add scallion white and chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.
4.
Add the lobster meat and stir-fry twice quickly, about a minute or so, it will affect the taste after a long time.
5.
Take out the pan and serve.
