Garlic Loofah

Garlic, minced ginger, shredded chili and set aside, sliced loofah

Put the loofah on a plate, put ginger and garlic on each piece of loofah, sprinkle a little salt, and then pour a little oil

Then put it in a steaming rack pot with water (boil the water first) and steam for 5 minutes

Finally, put a few red chili peppers (decoration) on the loofah and it's ready to be eaten
