Garlic Milk Cabbage

Separate each leaf of milk cabbage, wash, soak in light salt water for 30 minutes to remove residual pesticides, then wash and drain

Put the right amount of oil in the pot

Pour the cabbage into the pot and stir-fry on high heat

Stir-fry for about 15 seconds, add garlic and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry for about a minute and then add salt to taste, if you want to eat a little cooked, you can fry more
Tips:
1. It can be eaten by the general population, but people with weak spleen and stomach and loose stools should not eat more milk cabbage;
2. Use Chinese cabbage to make dishes, fry and boil for too long to avoid loss of nutrition.
