Shrimp Noodles with Milk Cabbage

Wash fresh prawns

Wash the milk cabbage

Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, add peanut oil, salt, and prawns.

After the prawns change color, remove the boiled noodles with boiled prawns

Cook for about ten minutes, add the clean milk cabbage, then pour the shrimp into the pot, turn off the heat after two minutes, and fill the bowl.
Tips:
Don't cook the milk cabbage too early, and don't cook the prawns for too long.
