Garlic Mushroom

Cut off the roots of the white jade mushroom and wash.

Pick garlic sprouts, wash and cut into sections.

Prepare the clam meat.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add white jade mushrooms and stir fry.
6.
Add garlic sprouts and stir fry.
7.
Add soy sauce and stir fry.
8.
Add the clam meat and stir fry evenly.
9.
Stir-fry until the white jade mushroom is broken, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
White jade mushrooms can also be blanched and then fried. The clam meat has saltiness, so add a little less salt.
