Garlic Open Back Shrimp

Wash the packed shrimp twice with clean water, and air dry the water with a dry towel.

Marinate the shrimp for more than 30 minutes with a little cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, shredded green onion, and shredded ginger.

Cut the garlic into small pieces (don't chop, the garlic will splash on the countertop. A good way to teach you is to hold the top of the knife with one hand, that is, fix it to the position of the head, raise the back of the knife and cut the garlic, just like It looks like a dog's head); Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chopped garlic, and put it in the pot together. Slowly fry over a low fire, turning it constantly to avoid sticking or sticking to the pot. When the minced garlic turns golden brown, pour a little bit of steamed fish soy sauce, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.

Put water in the steamer and bring to a boil, add the prepared shrimps, and steam for 7-9 minutes. Out of the pot. In the spring, I sent some green garlic sprouts, so I cut some and put them in. If I didn't, I could omit the process of putting green garlic sprouts.

Heat the oil and pour it evenly on the shrimp! (If there is less steamed fish soy sauce before, you can add a little more before pouring the oil)
Tips:

2. When selecting shrimps, the color of the frozen shrimps, the firmness of the shrimp meat and the skin, and the shrimp brains should be taken into consideration when choosing shrimps. The color of the shrimps is better to be blue, and the shrimp brains are more appropriate.
