Garlic Oysters

Four oysters, big ones. Wash with clean water repeatedly

Use the back of a knife to gently break the edge of an oyster. When the edge is tapped, use a small knife to gently pry open the oyster.

Add clean water to the steamer, boil the water, and put the oysters in

Steam over high heat for 8 minutes

Garlic peeled

Minced garlic

Put vegetable oil in the wok, heat up, add garlic and sauté until fragrant

Burn the incense and serve it out

Steam the oysters on high heat for 8 minutes, add appropriate amount of sauteed garlic, add a little salt to each, and steam for another 2 minutes to turn off the heat.
Tips:
The oysters must be washed clean;
The garlic should be sautéed on a low heat instead of mashed.
