Garlic Pork Knuckles

Wash the prepared trotters and chop into pieces.

Add ginger and green onions to a boil.
3.
Add pig's feet to a boil and blanch.
4.
After blanching, take a wash and use a clip to remove the pig hair.

Dispose of it cleanly and add the inner pot of the pressure cooker.

Add ginger, spring onions, star anise, and water.
7.
Press the menu button to select the taste, I chose the chicken duck button.

Prepare mashed garlic, green peppers and carrots.
9.
Cut the cucumber into strips and put it on the plate.
10.
Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the bowl, add cold soy sauce, garlic, green peppers, and carrots.

The stewed trotters are placed on the plate.
12.
Top with the mixed sauce.
Tips:
1. Carrots and green peppers can be replaced with red peppers or coriander.
2. The flavor of the seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference.
